ShockWatch Tilt Indicators :

TiltWatch XTR

 

The TiltWatch XTR is single-use tip indicator used to monitor goods that must remain upright. Once applied to the packaging, the TiltWatch XTR will provide evidence of mishandling if the shipment is tipped. However, the tilt indicator remains unaffected by movement resulting from normal handling conditions.

TiltWatch Plus

 

TiltWatch Plus indicates whether there has been tilt to the left or right, the degree of the tilt, or if complete overturn has occurred.

 

TiltWatch Plus is actually three separate indicators in a single unit:

1.) One section indicates the degree of tilt to the left

2.) The second section indicates the degree of tilt to the right

3.) The third section indicates total overturn

The indicators are field-armable, tamperproof devices that turn bright red when an impact beyond a specific threshold has occurred. Each ShockWatch® 2 has a unique identifier to support traceability.

ShockDot

 

ShockDot provides a cost-effective solution with the largest indicator window for determining mishandling, alerting handlers that your package requires extra care and reducing damage related costs.  Tamperproof mechanically activated devices, ShockDot indicators turn red when a potentially damaging impact occurs.  Each indicator is serialized and ensures the user that the device has not been switched during transport.  The QR code on each device allows you to verify the authenticity of the indicator and provides peace of mind that you have receive an impact indicator from the impact detection experts at ShockWatch.

MAG 2000

 

The ShockWatch MAG 2000 impact indicator is a cost-effective, resettable and reusable device designed to monitor the handling of fragile goods and freight containers greater than 500 lbs. The device is also widely used on rail cars and trucking fleets to monitor for excessive impacts during humping or latching.

 

The MAG 2000 utilizes two tuned and highly sensitive magnets. When an out-of-tolerance impact is experienced, the magnets are forced out of alignment clearly indicating the angle and severity of impact. A uniquely designed key is supplied to unlock the cover on the unit. This key allows the product to be reset after activation and resists tampering.

ShockWatch Clip

 

ShockWatch Clip impact indicators are tamperproof devices that turn bright red to indicate mishandling. These impact indicators can be mounted directly to products to understand the conditions experienced by the product even when it is outside protective packaging.

 

ShockWatch Clips are designed to protect products up to 500 cubic feet in volume and weighing up to 10,000 pounds. Other indicators and recorders are available from ShockWatch for additional sensitivities and monitoring requirements.

Flex

 

ShockWatch Flex impact indicators are tamperproof devices that turn bright red to indicate mishandling. The Flex is optimized for mounting an impact indicator to an irregularly-shaped surface. These indicators can be used to understand the conditions experienced by a product even when it is outside protective packaging. The Flex may be embedded into a product design or attached to the exterior of products.

 

The Flex is ideal for monitoring tools that may become misaligned, equipment that may lose their calibration, or products that may be damaged with mishandling.

g-View

 

ShockWatch® g-View monitors and records impacts during the transportation, storage, and usage of products and equipment at an affordable price point. The device provides an accurate record of the dates and times at which the user-defined g-force limit is exceeded on the X, Y, and Z axes. With the capacity to record data for 100 events per axis, the device alerts you whenever damage may have occurred, so you can respond promptly.

ShockLog impact recorders register the direction, amplitude, and duration of impact force.

TrekView For Dry Ice

 

Dry ice shipments present a unique set of challenges especially when maintaining temperature control is a critical factor. The TrekView for Dry Ice delivers a solution that will allow you to know if temperatures have remained in an acceptable range.

 

The durable probe allows you to monitor the temperature inside a container while the TrekView remains outside of the packaging. A thin ribbon cable allows the container to remain tightly closed without risk of compromising package quality but temperature data can be collected at any point int he cold chain either through USB or wireless interface.
